What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Creative World School Franchise Disclosure Document, Creative World School has the right, but not the obligation, to establish a website or other electronic system for private and secure communications between themselves, franchisees, and other persons and entities. This system could be an extranet. If required by Creative World School, the franchisee must establish and maintain access to the extranet in the manner specified by them and comply with the policies concerning its use.

While Creative World School is not obligated to create a communication system, franchisees may want to establish their own websites. However, any website developed or utilized by the franchisee is considered advertising and must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the Franchise Agreement. The franchisee must obtain prior written approval from Creative World School regarding the website's form, content, and information due to Creative World School's interest in protecting its marks, system, and confidential information. Creative World School may also require franchisees to participate in a centralized website operated by them without compensation to the franchisee. Creative World School retains the right to refuse permission for a franchisee to operate or establish any website.

In summary, Creative World School retains control over the establishment and content of websites and communication systems related to the brand. While they are not obligated to provide a communication system, they do have the right to establish one. Franchisees need to be aware of these stipulations and the potential costs associated with establishing and maintaining a website according to Creative World School's standards.
