We may, but are not obligated, to assist you in developing the School by recommending contractors and architects and otherwise furnishing information to assist you in developing the School in accordance with our specifications.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Creative World School Franchise Disclosure Document, Creative World School is not obligated to assist in the development of the school. While Creative World School may offer assistance, it is not a requirement.

Specifically, Creative World School may provide recommendations for contractors and architects. They may also furnish information to aid in developing the school in accordance with their specifications.

However, Creative World School can require franchisees to use an approved or designated architect, engineer, and/or contractor, at the franchisee's expense, for preparing construction plans and developing the school.
