What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Creative World School's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a prospective franchisee must locate a site for their school within 120 days of signing the Franchise Agreement, assuming they have not done so already. The site must meet Creative World School's criteria for demographic characteristics, traffic patterns, parking, neighborhood character and safety, competition and proximity to other businesses and schools, the nature of nearby businesses, commercial and residential characteristics, and the site's size, appearance, physical characteristics, and suitability for children and school construction and development. Proposed sites must be a minimum of 1.5 useable acres or another space deemed appropriate by Creative World School.
To get a site approved, the franchisee must submit a complete site report and any other materials requested by Creative World School. The franchisor will then approve or disapprove the proposed site within 60 days of receiving the complete site report and other requested materials. The approval will include Creative World School's requirements for the particular site's usable acre requirements.
It is important to note that Creative World School may modify its criteria for site selection and development. Additionally, the franchisee is responsible for all costs associated with site selection and development, including the preparation of construction plans and specifications. The franchisor also retains the right to disapprove a site even after initial approval if unforeseen issues arise during the development process.
