What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Creative World School's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, during all hours of operation, a Creative World School must be under the direct supervision of the franchisee (or their designated manager) and at least one other management-level employee. Both the franchisee/manager and the other management-level employee must have satisfactorily completed Creative World School's initial training program and meet the franchisor's qualifications for a School Manager. This requirement ensures that qualified personnel are always present to oversee the school's operations and staff.
This supervision requirement has significant implications for a prospective franchisee. It means the franchisee, or a manager they employ, must be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the school. Furthermore, the franchisee must ensure that at least one other employee is trained to a management level and is present during all operating hours. This could necessitate hiring additional staff or promoting existing employees and providing them with the required training.
The supervision requirement also highlights the importance of the initial training program provided by Creative World School. Franchisees and their managers must successfully complete this program to qualify for the supervisory roles. This underscores the need for franchisees to fully engage with the training and ensure they understand the standards and procedures required to manage a Creative World School effectively.
Overall, the supervision requirements outlined in the FDD emphasize Creative World School's commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards at each of its franchise locations. By requiring qualified personnel to be present during all hours of operation, Creative World School aims to ensure that children receive proper care and attention and that the school operates in accordance with the System Standards.
