What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Creative World School's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if required by Creative World School, franchisees must establish and maintain access to the extranet in the manner specified by Creative World School. Franchisees must also execute agreements and comply with policies concerning the use of the extranet as prepared by Creative World School.

Creative World School retains the right, but not the obligation, to establish a website or other electronic system for secure communications between themselves, franchisees, and other parties. This extranet would facilitate private communications.

For a potential franchisee, this means that if Creative World School decides to implement an extranet, you will be obligated to set up and maintain access as they instruct. You will also need to agree to and follow any policies they create regarding its use. This ensures that all franchisees are on the same page and can communicate effectively with the franchisor and each other.
