What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Creative World School FDD, if a prospective franchisee has answered "Yes" to questions 11-14 regarding statements or promises made by Creative World School employees or representatives that differ from or contradict the information in the FDD, they must provide a full explanation. This explanation should detail each "Yes" answer.

The franchisee is required to provide this explanation in the blank lines provided in the document. If the space is insufficient, they can attach additional pages to fully address their answers. Any additional pages should be referenced accordingly.

This requirement ensures that any deviations from the standard franchise agreement or FDD are documented and understood by both the franchisee and Creative World School. It protects both parties by clarifying any potential misunderstandings or misrepresentations made during the franchise sales process. This also reinforces that the Franchise Agreement, along with any addenda, constitutes the entire agreement, and any prior statements not included in these documents are not binding, as stated in question 16.
