What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Creative World School Franchise Disclosure Document, Creative World School may provide assistance in helping franchisees secure the necessary permits and licenses to construct and operate their school. These include building, utility, sign, health, sanitation, and business permits. However, Creative World School does not provide legal advice or counsel during this process.

If Creative World School does provide assistance with securing permits and licenses, the franchisee is responsible for paying a fee to Creative World School for these services. This means that while the franchisor offers support in navigating the often complex process of obtaining the required documentation, it comes at an additional cost to the franchisee.

Prospective franchisees should clarify the scope of this assistance and the associated fees with Creative World School. Understanding the specific services covered and the potential costs involved will help in budgeting and planning for the school's development and operation. It is also important to note that franchisees are ultimately responsible for ensuring they meet all local laws and regulations, even with the franchisor's assistance.
