- (f) You must: (a) promptly enter, into your Computer System, and maintain all information required to be entered and maintained by us; (b) provide to us such reports as we may reasonably request from the data so collected and maintained; and (c) permit us to access your Computer System at all times via modem or other means specified by us from time to time.
You must cooperate with us, and must execute all documents required by us to permit access to your Computer System and data contained therein.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Creative World School FDD, franchisees must allow Creative World School access to their computer systems at all times. Specifically, Creative World School requires franchisees to permit them to access the computer system via modem or other means that Creative World School specifies. Franchisees must also cooperate with Creative World School and sign all documents required to allow access to the computer system and the data it contains.
This requirement allows Creative World School to monitor the franchisee's operations closely and extract data from their systems. Creative World School retains ownership of all data collected from the franchisee's computer system and can use this data as they see fit without compensating the franchisee. However, the franchisee is licensed to use this data for operating their Creative World School, but this license ends when the franchise agreement terminates.
Creative World School also has the right to charge franchisees fees for computer usage costs resulting from the franchisee's use of the computer system or for software licensed to the franchisee. They can also charge a reasonable systems fee for modifications and enhancements to proprietary software and for other maintenance and support services related to the computer system. The franchisee is solely responsible for how their computer system interfaces with other systems, including Creative World School's, and for any consequences arising from improper operation, maintenance, or upgrades.
These stipulations give Creative World School significant control over the franchisee's computer systems and data. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider these requirements and the associated costs and responsibilities before investing in a Creative World School franchise.
