The release is provided by the franchisee, including their legal representatives, agents, successors, and administrators, to Creative World Schools Franchising Company, Inc., including its representatives, agents, successors, and administrators.
This means that as part of the franchise agreement, franchisees are required to release Creative World Schools from any claims or liabilities. This release covers all claims, causes of action, liabilities, contractual rights, and obligations that the franchisee has or ever had against Creative World Schools.
