How will a Creative World School franchisee pay for the Operating Assets and delivery of services?

Creative_World_School Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

You will pay for the Operating Assets and the delivery of services based on the pricing and payment terms that we develop from time to time.

You must not purchase any of the Operating Assets from anyone else.

We may delegate the provision of the Operating Assets to any of our affiliates, or to a third party with whom we are satisfied can produce as good a quality and provide the delivery services.

If we do so, you must pay them in accordance with their standard pricing and payment terms.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Creative World School FDD, franchisees will pay for operating assets and delivery services based on the pricing and payment terms that Creative World School establishes. Franchisees are required to purchase operating assets directly from Creative World School and are not allowed to buy these assets from any other source. However, Creative World School has the option to delegate the provision of these operating assets to its affiliates or a qualified third party. If this occurs, franchisees are obligated to pay these designated providers according to their standard pricing and payment terms.

This arrangement ensures that Creative World School maintains control over the quality and consistency of the operating assets used across all its franchise locations. By mandating that franchisees purchase assets only from approved sources, Creative World School can enforce its brand standards and operational requirements. This also allows Creative World School to potentially benefit from economies of scale through bulk purchasing and standardized supply chain management.

For a prospective franchisee, this means they must be prepared to adhere to Creative World School's pricing and payment schedules for all operating assets. While this may limit their ability to seek out potentially cheaper alternatives, it also provides assurance that the assets meet Creative World School's standards and are suitable for the business. Franchisees should clarify the typical payment terms and pricing structure during their due diligence to fully understand the financial implications.
