What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Creative World School Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee has a printed copy of the Manuals, they must keep it current and in a secure location at the school. The Manuals contain the System Standards that Creative World School prescribes for operating a school, along with information about the franchisee's obligations under the Franchise Agreement.
The FDD also states that Creative World School may provide the Manuals online or in other electronic formats. If there is a dispute about the contents of a printed copy of the Manual, the master copy maintained by Creative World School at its principal office will be the controlling document. However, if Creative World School uses online or electronic manuals, the most recent online version will take precedence over any printed copies in case of a dispute.
It is important to note that franchisees cannot copy, duplicate, record, or reproduce any part of the Manuals. If a franchisee's copy of the Manuals is lost, destroyed, or significantly damaged, they must obtain a replacement copy from Creative World School at the current charge, which is $1,000. Therefore, keeping the printed manuals in a secure location is essential to avoid the cost of replacement and to maintain confidentiality.
