Where can I find the description of the Creative World School Opening Package of Operating Assets?

For quality assurance, you must acquire all of the supplies, materials, products and services for use in connection with your School and certain fixtures, furnishings, equipment, signs, cash registers, telecopiers and computer hardware and software (collectively, the "Operating Assets") from us (or our affiliates).
The Opening Package of such items for your School will be determined by us and described in Exhibit "C" following our acceptance of the Site for your School.
We will deliver Operating Assets to you on the terms and conditions as we develop from time to time.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Creative World School FDD, the description of the Opening Package of Operating Assets can be found in Exhibit C. Item 5.05 states that franchisees must acquire all supplies, materials, products, services, fixtures, furnishings, equipment, signs, cash registers, telecopiers, and computer hardware and software, which are collectively known as "Operating Assets", from Creative World School or its affiliates. Creative World School will deliver the Operating Assets based on terms and conditions that they develop. Franchisees are required to pay for these Operating Assets and delivery services according to the pricing and payment terms established by Creative World School. Franchisees are prohibited from purchasing any Operating Assets from any other source.
