to the School unless we provide you written permission to do so, and you will not display or use any of the Art in any Competitive Business of any kind. Your failure to maintain the School's decor and to display and protect the Art in compliance with our System and the standards described in the Manuals constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. We may require you to purchase items for décor from us or Approved Suppliers. Prior to the opening date of your School, you must purchase from us (or our affiliates) and install the interior decorating package for use in decorating the interior of your School (the "Opening Package"). A description of the Opening Package will be inserted in Exhibit "C" following our acceptance of the Site for your School.
- 5.03 Approved Decorator. We may require you to utilize the services of a decorator that we designate, who will assist you in ensuring that your interior and exterior decor meet our specifications and standards. At our option, we may require you to purchase such decorator's services and items through us or another Approved Supplier.
- 5.04 Approved Artist. We require you to use an artist approved, and designated by us to paint murals and pictorials on the walls and other surfaces of your School, in the number and manner in which we designate. We may determine number and type of murals painted by the approved artist. We may require you to contract directly with us for such artist's services and pay our then-current fees for them.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Creative World School FDD, a description of the Opening Package can be found in Exhibit C of the Franchise Agreement. The specific items included in the Opening Package for a franchisee's school will be determined by Creative World School after they accept the site for the school.
Prior to opening, franchisees are required to purchase and install the interior decorating package, referred to as the "Opening Package", from Creative World School or its affiliates. This package is intended for decorating the interior of the school. Franchisees must also acquire all supplies, materials, products, services, fixtures, furnishings, equipment, signs, cash registers, telecopiers, and computer hardware and software, collectively known as "Operating Assets," from Creative World School or its affiliates.
Creative World School will deliver the Operating Assets based on terms and conditions they develop over time, and franchisees are obligated to pay for these assets and delivery services according to the pricing and payment terms established by Creative World School. Franchisees are prohibited from purchasing any of these Operating Assets from any other source. Creative World School retains the right to delegate the provision of the Operating Assets to its affiliates or a qualified third party. If this occurs, franchisees are required to pay them according to their standard pricing and payment terms.
