What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Creative World School FDD, before opening a school, a franchisee must pay the Initial Franchise Fee, the Opening Package Fee, and all other amounts due to Creative World School or its affiliates. The FDD specifies that the school cannot open until these payments are made.

In addition to these fees, franchisees are responsible for expenses related to training, including food, lodging, and travel for themselves, their managers, and employees. Management Training must be completed at least one month prior to opening, and Employee Training is expected to be conducted immediately before and after the school opens.

Furthermore, the franchisee must ensure that Creative World School approves the developed school according to their standards, that pre-opening training for the franchisee and their management personnel is completed to Creative World School's satisfaction, that Creative World School has approved the school's manager, that all conditions of the Franchise Agreement have been met, that all required insurance policies are in place, and that all necessary documents related to site acquisition and school construction are submitted. Meeting these conditions and paying the required fees are prerequisites to opening the Creative World School franchise.
