Answer from 2025 FDD Document

We estimate that there will be an interval of 10 to 18 months between the signing of the Franchise Agreement and the opening of the School, but the interval may vary based upon such factors as the location and condition of the Site, the construction schedule for the School, the extent to which an existing location must be upgraded or remodeled, the delivery schedule for equipment and supplies, delays in securing financing arrangements and completing training and your compliance with local laws and regulations. You must locate a Site within 120 days of your signing the Franchise Agreement. You must obtain our approval of the Site. You must submit Construction Plans to us for our approval. Once we have approved them, you may not modify or alter your Construction Plans without our prior approval. And, within 12 months of the date we approve your Construction Plans, you must open the School for business. We may grant you extensions because of delays

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Creative World School's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the estimated time between signing the Franchise Agreement and opening a school is 10 to 18 months. However, this timeframe can fluctuate due to several factors. These include the location and condition of the site chosen for the school, which can impact the construction schedule. The extent of upgrades or remodeling needed at an existing location can also cause delays.

The delivery schedule for equipment and supplies is another potential variable. Securing financing arrangements and completing the required training can also affect the opening timeline. Furthermore, compliance with local laws and regulations plays a significant role in determining how quickly a Creative World School franchise can open its doors.

Creative World School requires franchisees to locate a site within 120 days of signing the Franchise Agreement and to obtain franchisor approval for the site. Franchisees must also submit construction plans for approval and open the school within 12 months of the construction plan approval date. The franchisor may grant extensions for delays in obtaining necessary permits or licenses, but only if the delays are beyond the franchisee's reasonable control. These stipulations highlight the importance of proactive planning and diligent execution to adhere to the expected timeline.
