Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Before the School's opening, we will provide initial training in the form of School operations management training ("Management Training") to you, or your manager, and at least 1 other management level employee for no additional fee, except that you must pay the expenses of the trainees, including food, lodging and travel expenses. At least 2 persons must complete the Management Training to our satisfaction and we may require that a 3rd person complete such Management Training to our satisfaction as well. Approximately 2 to 3 weeks of Management Training will be furnished at our designated training facility and/or at an operating School. Currently, the Management Training is conducted at one of our locations in Florida. You and your managerial employees must complete the initial training to our satisfaction. We expect that Management Training will be conducted after the Franchise Agreement has been signed and while the School is being developed. We plan to be flexible in scheduling training to accommodate our personnel, you and your personnel. There currently are no fixed (i.e., monthly or bi-monthly) training schedules. Management Training must be completed at least 1 month prior to Opening.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Creative World School Franchise Disclosure Document, while the franchisor provides Management Training at no additional fee, the franchisee is responsible for covering certain expenses for the trainees. Specifically, the franchisee must pay for the food, lodging, and travel expenses incurred by individuals attending the Management Training program. This applies to the franchisee, their manager, and at least one other management-level employee who are required to complete the training. Creative World School may also require a third person to complete the Management Training, adding to the franchisee's expenses.

Management Training for Creative World School typically lasts for approximately 2 to 3 weeks and is conducted at the franchisor's designated training facility or at an operating school, often in Florida. This training is expected to occur after the Franchise Agreement has been signed and while the school is being developed, with the aim of completion at least one month before the school's opening. The flexibility in scheduling is intended to accommodate both the franchisor's personnel and the franchisee's team.

The franchisee should factor in these costs when budgeting for the initial investment. These expenses can vary significantly depending on the location of the training, the number of personnel attending, and their individual travel and accommodation preferences. It is important for prospective franchisees to discuss these potential costs with existing franchisees to gain a realistic understanding of the financial implications associated with the Management Training program.
