We have audited the accompanying financial statements of Creative World Schools Franchising Company, Inc. (the Company), which comprise the balance sheets as of December 31, 2024, 2023 and 2022, and the related statements of ended, and the related notes to the financial statements.
In our opinion, the financial statements referred to above present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Creative World Schools Franchising Co., Inc., as of December 31, 2024, 2023 and 2022, and the results of its operations and its cash flows for the years then ended in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.

We conducted our audits in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAS). What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Creative World School Franchise Disclosure Document, several exhibits are attached. These exhibits provide additional information and clarification regarding various aspects of the franchise agreement.
Specifically, Exhibit A contains the financial statements of Creative World Schools Franchising Company, Inc. for the years December 31, 2024, 2023, and 2022. Exhibit C-2 includes the form of the SBA Addendum to the Franchise Agreement. Exhibit D details the conditional assignment of telephone numbers and listings and internet addresses. Exhibit L lists the agents for service of process (state agencies).
Additionally, there are addenda to the Franchise Disclosure Document for franchisees in Maryland, Virginia, and Minnesota, along with riders to the franchise agreement for use in Maryland, New York, and Virginia. Finally, the last two pages of the disclosure document contain duplicate receipts that the franchisee must sign, keep one copy, and return the other to Creative World School.
