What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Creative World School FDD, the success of a Creative World School business is influenced by marketing and management efforts. The preschool education industry is highly competitive, with competition arising from factors such as price, the quality of services, and location.

The FDD states that Creative World School uses and promotes certain trademarks, service marks, logos, and other commercial symbols in the operation of Schools, including the trade and service marks "CREATIVE WORLD SCHOOL®," the design only mark described as "CHILDREN AND GLOBE" and other associated logos, designs, artwork and trade dress. These marks have gained public acceptance and goodwill. Creative World School may create, use, and license additional trademarks, copyrighted works, Art, service marks, and commercial symbols in conjunction with the operation of Schools.

Therefore, prospective franchisees should be prepared to actively engage in marketing and managing their operations to effectively compete within their local market. While the FDD mentions the importance of marketing, it does not provide specific details on the marketing obligations or requirements for franchisees. It would be prudent for a potential franchisee to ask the franchisor for more detailed information regarding required or recommended marketing strategies, materials, and budgets to successfully promote and operate a Creative World School franchise.
