What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Creative World School's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the grant of a franchise to operate a school at a specific location is contingent upon several factors. Creative World School must approve the location, referred to as the "Site." This Site will be within a designated protected marketing area. The specific Site and Market Area details are outlined in Exhibit "B" of the franchise agreement. If the location hasn't been determined by the effective date of the agreement, it will be added to Exhibit "B" once Creative World School accepts the proposed location.
Creative World School grants the franchise to operate a school at the approved Site, allowing the franchisee to use the brand's marks and system. The franchisee is restricted to operating the school solely at the approved Site. As long as the franchisee complies with the franchise agreement, Creative World School commits not to grant another franchise or operate a company-owned school within the franchisee's designated Market Area.
Furthermore, Creative World School will not approve any Site for your franchised School that is less than 9,400 square feet. The franchisee is responsible for developing the school, commencing development within nine months of the franchise agreement date, and opening for business within 12 months of the Construction Approval Date. Extensions may be granted under specific conditions related to permitting delays beyond the franchisee's control.
