What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Creative World School's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are currently no purchasing or distribution cooperatives in place for franchisees. However, Creative World School may establish these arrangements in the future.
Creative World School restricts the sources for most franchisee purchases. Franchisees are required to purchase their Opening Package, teaching supplies, equipment, and curriculum from Creative World School or its affiliate, Discount Preschool. Discount Preschool serves as the primary distributor for interior equipment and furniture, ordering and storing these items in bulk to receive discounted prices, ranging from 10% to 50% depending on the item and quantity.
Discount Preschool may also offer discounts to franchisees, potentially up to 20% below retail cost, and may absorb some or all freight charges. These discounts depend on factors such as equipment availability, market changes, and Discount Preschool's supplier relationships. While there are no current purchasing cooperatives, the existing arrangement with Discount Preschool aims to provide cost savings to franchisees through bulk purchasing and negotiated discounts.
