What is the 'Computer System' that Creative World School franchisees must use?

We also may utilize proprietary computer software (the “Software”) and the computer hardware components, compiled hardware and other software (collectively, the “Computer System”) that the Franchisor designates from time to time.
You must cooperate with us, and must execute all documents required by us to permit access to your Computer System and data contained therein.
(g) Any and all data collected or provided by you, downloaded from your Computer System, and otherwise collected from your system by us and/or provided to us is and shall be owned exclusively by us, and we will have the right to use such data in any manner that we deem appropriate without compensation to you; however, you are, under this Agreement, licensed (without any additional fee) to use such data solely for the purpose of operating the School, and such license will automatically and irrevocably expire when this Agreement terminates or expires, without additional notice.
(h) We will have the right, but not the obligation, to establish a Website or other electronic system providing private and secure communications (e.g., an extranet) between us, you, other franchisees, and other persons and entities as determined by us.
If required by us, you will establish and maintain access to the extranet in the manner specified by us, and shall from time to time execute such agreements and/or
acknowledge and agree to comply with, such policies concerning the use of the extranet as we may prepare.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Creative World School FDD, the Computer System is defined as the computer hardware components, compiled hardware, and other software that the Franchisor designates from time to time. Creative World School franchisees are required to use this designated Computer System.
Creative World School may require franchisees to grant them access to their Computer System and the data contained within. All data collected from the franchisee's Computer System by Creative World School becomes the exclusive property of Creative World School. However, the franchisee is licensed to use this data for operating their school, but this license expires upon termination or expiration of the Franchise Agreement.
Creative World School retains the right to establish a website or electronic system for communication between themselves, franchisees, and other parties. If required, franchisees must maintain access to this extranet and comply with any policies concerning its use. This ensures that Creative World School can maintain oversight and control over data and communications within the franchise system.
