What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Creative World School Franchise Disclosure Document, the company itself does not operate any of the schools. Instead, all "Company-Owned" schools are owned by some or all of their shareholders, officers, and directors.
Table No. 1, Systemwide Outlet Summary, shows the status of company-owned outlets for the years 2022, 2023, and 2024. In 2022, there were 7 company-owned outlets at the start of the year and 5 at the end, representing a net change of -2. In 2023, there were 5 at the start and 5 at the end, with no net change. The same was true for 2024, with 5 at the start and 5 at the end of the year.
Table No. 4 refers to the status of company-owned outlets for the years ending December 31, 2022, 2023, and 2024. Table No. 5 refers to projected openings as of December 31, 2024. The company also projects zero new company-owned outlets in the next fiscal year in Florida, Indiana, Texas and Virginia.
