XIV. INSPECTIONS AND AUDITS.
- 14.01 Our Right to Inspect the School. To determine whether you and the School are complying with this Agreement and all System Standards, we and our designated agents have the right at any time during Construction and thereafter during your regular business hours, and with 5 days prior notice to you (but without prior notice if we have reason to believe the School is not operating in compliance), to:
- (a) inspect the Construction or the operations of the School;
- (b) observe, photograph and videotape the Construction or operations of the School for such consecutive or intermittent periods as we deem necessary;
- (c) remove samples of any products, materials or supplies for testing and analysis;
- (d) interview personnel and customers of the School; and
- (e) inspect and copy any books, records, Websites and documents relating to the Construction or your operation of the School.
You agree to cooperate with us fully in connection with any such inspections, observations, photographing, videotaping, product removal and interviews. You agree to present to your customers such evaluation forms that we periodically prescribe and to participate and/or request your customers to participate in any surveys performed by us or on our behalf. You agree to correct or repair any unsatisfactory conditions we specify within 5 days.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Creative World School's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Creative World School has specific rights regarding the inspection of a franchisee's school to ensure compliance with the franchise agreement and System Standards. Creative World School, or its designated agents, can conduct inspections at any time during construction and during regular business hours after construction. Typically, Creative World School will provide five days' prior notice, but they can conduct inspections without notice if they suspect non-compliance.
During an inspection, Creative World School can inspect the construction or operations of the school, observe, photograph, and videotape the construction or operations, remove samples of products, materials, or supplies for testing and analysis, interview personnel and customers, and inspect and copy any books, records, websites, and documents related to the construction or operation of the school. The franchisee is required to fully cooperate with these inspections, observations, photographing, videotaping, product removal, and interviews.
Furthermore, the franchisee must present customer evaluation forms as prescribed by Creative World School and participate in any surveys conducted by or on behalf of Creative World School. If Creative World School identifies any unsatisfactory conditions, the franchisee is obligated to correct or repair them within five days. These measures enable Creative World School to maintain the standards and consistency of its brand across all franchise locations.
