What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Creative World School Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use QuickBooks Financial Software for tracking their school's accounting and bookkeeping. In addition to QuickBooks, franchisees must use other specified software programs, including ProCare software, SEO Support, PowerBI, PlayerLync, Intellikids (CRM) and Listen 360, which are included in the Opening Package.
While the initial cost of the Computer System and Software is included in the Opening Package cost, franchisees should note that there is a monthly System Standards Fee, currently $350, payable to Creative World School or its designee for the use of the specified software. This monthly fee represents an ongoing operational expense for franchisees.
Creative World School also retains the right to modify the required computer systems during the term of the Franchise Agreement. This means that franchisees may be required to adopt new software or systems in the future, potentially incurring additional costs or training requirements.
