Mr. Basto has served as our Vice President of Real Estate and Construction since our formation in June 2025. Mr. Basto has also served as our Parent's Vice President of Real Estate and Construction since May 2025. All positions with us and our Parent have been held from Columbus, Ohio. From October 2023 to May 2025, Mr. Basto served at Rise Brands in Columbus, Ohio in the following capacities: as Vice President of Development from September 2024 to May 2025 and as Director of Development from October 2023 to September 2024. From May 2021 to October 2023, Mr. Basto served as the Vice President Real Estate & Construction for HumanCo in Toledo, Ohio. From October 2016 to May 2021, Mr. Basto served as Vice President of Construction for our Parent in Columbus, Ohio.
