What are the limitations on Cream providing ongoing training and guidance?

According to Cream's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor's ability to provide ongoing training and guidance is subject to certain limitations. Cream's assistance is limited by scheduling, availability, and similar resource constraints. This means that while Cream will offer general advice regarding the operation of the shop, the timing and extent of this advice may be restricted by Cream's internal resources. Cream may provide guidance via telephone, virtually, or at their offices.

If a franchisee requests additional or special guidance, assistance, or training, Cream may charge its then-current additional training fee. The franchisee is also responsible for reimbursing all of Cream's and its representatives' costs for providing such guidance, including travel, food, accommodations, and living expenses. Furthermore, if Cream determines that a franchisee is not operating their shop in compliance with the System Standards, Cream may require additional training for the franchisee's Mandatory Trainees.
