What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cream's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, during the term of the franchise agreement, Cream will provide general advice regarding the operation of the shop, subject to scheduling and resource limitations. This advice includes System Standards, suggested operating procedures, and approved suppliers and products.
Cream also provides a Brand Manual that contains mandatory specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules for operating a Cream shop. Cream may modify the Brand Manual periodically to reflect changes in System Standards. Franchisees are responsible for monitoring any Digital Presence for updates to the Brand Manual. The Brand Manual and any access credentials are part of Confidential Information.
Cream may delegate the performance of any of its obligations under the Franchise Agreement to third-party designees. However, Cream may elect to conduct any or all support, inspections, training, or other services virtually, and franchisees must comply with Cream's instructions for all virtual programs.
