What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cream's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise meeting fee is subject to change. The amount of the fee is "to be determined" by Cream, meaning it is not a fixed amount. Cream may designate that attendance at a franchise meeting is mandatory for the franchisee and/or their Shopkeeper.
The fee is charged as incurred, meaning it is due when the meeting takes place or is designated as mandatory. Even if the franchisee or their Shopkeeper does not attend the meeting, Cream will still charge the fee.
While the fee is subject to change, it will not exceed $1,500 per person. This provides a maximum limit that Cream cannot surpass when setting the franchise meeting fee.
