What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cream's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise meeting fee is due as incurred. Cream may designate that attendance at a franchise meeting is mandatory for the franchisee and/or their Shopkeeper.
The fee amount is to be determined and is subject to change, but the FDD states that it will not exceed $1,500 per person. This fee will be charged whether or not the franchisee or their Shopkeeper attends the meeting.
As the fee is due as incurred, a Cream franchisee should expect to pay the fee around the time of the franchise meeting. It is important to note that Cream may change the timing, frequency, and intervals of any payments from time to time, but with no less than 30 days' prior written notice.
