What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, Cream will send notices to the Principal Owner via electronic means to the email address listed on Attachment A of the Franchise Agreement. Alternatively, Cream may use any other email address the Principal Owner has officially notified them of, or any branded email address Cream issues to the Principal Owner.
This means that as a Cream franchisee, you should ensure that the email address for the Principal Owner is accurately listed on Attachment A. It is also important to keep Cream updated regarding any changes to the Principal Owner's email address to avoid missing important notices.
Cream's approach is fairly standard in franchising, as it allows for flexibility in communication while ensuring that official notices are properly delivered. Franchisees should be aware of their responsibility to maintain accurate contact information with the franchisor.
