What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Cream's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Cream can deliver notices to the Principal Owner via electronic means to specific email addresses. These include the email address of the Principal Owner listed on Attachment A of the franchise agreement.
Additionally, Cream can send notices to any other email address the Principal Owner has formally notified Cream of. This allows for flexibility if the Principal Owner changes their primary email address and informs Cream of the update.
Finally, Cream can send notices to any branded email address that Cream issues to the Principal Owner that is associated with the Cream system. This implies that Cream may provide franchisees with a dedicated Cream email address for official communications.
