What is the average Annual Net Sales for the top 25% of Cream shops?

According to Cream's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, for the top 25% of Cream shops, 38% of the Item 19 Shops, specifically 8 shops, had annual Net Sales that met or exceeded the average annual Net Sales. The median annual Net Sales for this group was $1,349,253.

Net Sales for Cream is defined as all revenue derived from operating the shops, including cash, checks, credit and debit card payments, and other forms of payment, net of authorized discounts. It excludes sales, use, or service taxes collected from customers and paid to taxing authorities, as well as tips and gratuities collected for employees. Payments from online group-bought deals, gift certificates, or gift card programs are included in Net Sales upon redemption.

It is important to note that while some Cream outlets have achieved this level of sales, the FDD cautions that individual results may differ, and there is no assurance that a franchisee will earn as much. Cream also states that written substantiation for the financial performance representation will be made available to you upon reasonable request.
