What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Crawlspace Medic Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee can request a physical copy of the operations manual if they lose or misplace their original copy. However, Crawlspace Medic is not obligated to provide a physical copy. The decision to provide a physical copy is at Crawlspace Medic's discretion.
If Crawlspace Medic approves the request for a physical copy, the franchisee must pay a replacement fee. As of the date of the franchise agreement, the replacement fee is $500.00.
