What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crawlspace Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee can renew their franchise agreement if they are in good standing. If in good standing, the franchisee can sign a successor agreement for three additional terms of five years each. However, Crawlspace Medic has the sole discretion to withdraw from the franchisee's territory upon renewal.
