Are there any other training courses that a Crawlspace Medic franchisee or their Manager must complete?

satisfaction, we reserve the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement.
We may conduct mandatory or optional additional training programs, including an annual conference or national business meeting. If we require it, you must attend mandatory training programs that we offer for up to five (5) days each year, and an annual conference or national business meeting for up to three (3) days each year, at a location we designate. Failure to attend mandatory training, including an annual conference or business meeting is a default under the Franchise Agreement. We reserve the right to impose a reasonable fee for tuition and/or attendance for all additional training programs, including the annual business meeting or conference. You must also pay your transportation, lodging, meals and other expenses to attend any mandatory training program. If you fail to attend any mandatory training program, you are required to obtain the training at a location we designate, at your sole cost, which includes tuition at the then-current rate, plus all of your travel costs and our trainer's travel costs.
ITEM 12: TERRITORY
Under the Franchise Agreement, you have the right to establish and operate one (1) Crawlspace Medic outlet within a territory, or Area of Primary Responsibility (the "Territory"). You are required to establish a warehouse/office space located within your territory.

According to Crawlspace Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may be required to attend additional training programs. Crawlspace Medic may conduct mandatory or optional additional training programs, including an annual conference or national business meeting. If required, franchisees must attend mandatory training programs for up to five days each year, and an annual conference or national business meeting for up to three days each year, at a location Crawlspace Medic designates. Failure to attend mandatory training, including an annual conference or business meeting, constitutes a default under the Franchise Agreement.
Crawlspace Medic reserves the right to impose a reasonable fee for tuition and/or attendance for all additional training programs, including the annual business meeting or conference. Franchisees are also responsible for paying their transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses to attend any mandatory training program. If a franchisee fails to attend any mandatory training program, they are required to obtain the training at a location Crawlspace Medic designates, at their sole cost, which includes tuition at the then-current rate, plus all of their travel costs and Crawlspace Medic's trainer's travel costs.
Additionally, Crawlspace Medic may provide remedial on-site training and assistance at the franchisee's premises, either upon the franchisee's request or as Crawlspace Medic determines to be appropriate. For any on-site remedial training, the franchisee must reimburse all costs for the services of Crawlspace Medic's trainer, including but not limited to the trainer's then-current per diem fee and all travel-related expenses, such as transportation, meals, and lodging.
