What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crawlspace Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for reimbursing all costs associated with on-site remedial training provided by Crawlspace Medic's trainer. This includes the trainer's per diem fee, as well as all travel-related expenses such as transportation, meals, and lodging.
This means that if a Crawlspace Medic franchisee requests or is required to have on-site remedial training, they will incur additional expenses beyond the standard franchise fees and ongoing operational costs. These costs can vary depending on the duration of the training, the trainer's per diem rate, and the distance requiring travel.
Prospective franchisees should consider these potential expenses when evaluating the financial viability of a Crawlspace Medic franchise. It would be prudent to inquire about the typical costs associated with remedial training and under what circumstances such training might be necessary to better prepare for these potential costs.
