- We require that you spend a minimum amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000) every quarter on local advertising, marketing and promotional programs ("Local Advertising"), and all advertising must be approved by us. According to Crawlspace Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crawlspace Medic retains the right to establish a regional advertising cooperative. Currently, there are no advertising cooperatives in place within the Crawlspace Medic system. However, Crawlspace Medic reserves the right to create one in the future at their discretion.
