Selection. Territory selection criteria, as Franchisor may deem advisable. Franchisor shall also approve the Franchised location in accordance with Section 8.1.2.
- 10.2. Construction. Provide to Franchisee criteria and specifications for a Crawlspace Medic vehicle modification. Such criteria and specifications include, but are not necessarily limited to, signage, color and equipment modifications to your vehicle. Franchisee shall independently, and at Franchisee's expense, have the vehicle modified to follow such criteria and specifications in accordance with Article 8. Franchisor will provide sample layout and specs for build out of the Crawlspace Medic location.
- 10.3. Manual. Provide Franchisee access to the Confidential Operations Manual and such other manuals and written materials as Franchisor may hereafter develop for use by franchisees, as the same may be revised by Franchisor from time to time. Such documents may be provided electronically or via the Internet, at Franchisor's sole and absolute discretion.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Crawlspace Medic Franchise Disclosure Document, Crawlspace Medic will provide a sample layout and specifications for the build-out of the Crawlspace Medic location.
Prior to opening, franchisees are responsible for equipping and outfitting their Crawlspace Medic location and vehicle as outlined in the Operations Manual. Franchisees must select a warehouse site within their territory that provides secure vehicle and equipment storage. The location should have approximately one thousand (1,000) square feet of warehouse and office space. The vehicle must also meet the minimum specifications outlined in the Operations Manual.
After the franchisor approves a location, it will be added to Attachment 2 of the Franchise Agreement. Franchisees must complete all modifications for the Franchised Business location and vehicle, including the installation of equipment and signage, according to system requirements and the franchisor-approved plans and specifications.
