What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Crawlspace Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a trainer will be provided at the franchisee's premises for on-site training, supervision, and assistance for up to five days within thirty days following the opening of the franchised business. This on-site support is part of the pre-opening obligations that Crawlspace Medic provides to help new franchisees start their business.

In addition to the initial on-site training, Crawlspace Medic also offers remedial on-site training and assistance at the franchisee's premises upon request or as Crawlspace Medic determines to be appropriate. However, for any on-site remedial training, the franchisee must reimburse all costs for the services of Crawlspace Medic's trainer, including the trainer's per diem fee and all travel-related expenses, such as transportation, meals, and lodging.

Prospective franchisees should consider the timing and costs associated with both the initial and any potential remedial on-site training when evaluating the Crawlspace Medic franchise opportunity. Understanding the scope of the initial training and the conditions under which remedial training is provided can help franchisees budget and plan for ongoing support and development.
