What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Crawlspace Medic Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a one-time implementation fee of $2,500 for the technology package. This package includes Vonigo, Gmail, and Ring Central. In addition to the one-time fee, Crawlspace Medic franchisees also pay a monthly fee of one-half percent of Gross Revenue per unit for the technology package.
Crawlspace Medic retains the right to increase the cost of the technology package, as well as substitute or add different approved technologies, which the franchisee would be required to use. This means that the franchisee should be prepared for potential increases in technology costs over the term of the franchise agreement.
It is important to note that all fees outlined in Item 6 of the Crawlspace Medic Franchise Disclosure Document, including the technology implementation fee, are nonrefundable and are generally uniformly imposed.
