Is Crawlspace Medic obligated to modify, alter, or de-identify the Franchised Business upon expiration or termination of the Franchise Agreement?

According to Crawlspace Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crawlspace Medic is not obligated to modify, alter, or de-identify the Franchised Business upon the expiration or termination of the Franchise Agreement. However, Crawlspace Medic has the option to do so at their discretion.
