What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Crawlspace Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a trainer will be provided at the franchisee's premises for on-site training, supervision, and assistance for up to five days. This on-site training will occur within 30 days following the opening of the Crawlspace Medic franchised business.

In addition to the initial on-site training, Crawlspace Medic may also provide remedial on-site training and assistance at the franchisee's premises upon request or as Crawlspace Medic determines appropriate. However, the franchisee is responsible for reimbursing all costs associated with this remedial on-site training. This includes the trainer's per diem fee and all travel-related expenses such as transportation, meals, and lodging.

Prospective franchisees should note that while the initial on-site training is included, any subsequent remedial training will incur additional costs. It is important to factor these potential expenses into the overall investment and operational budget. Understanding the conditions under which remedial training might be necessary and the associated costs can help franchisees better prepare for and manage their business operations.
