What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crawlspace Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to spend a minimum of $5,000 each quarter on local advertising, marketing, and promotional programs. Currently, there are no advertising cooperatives in the Crawlspace Medic system. However, Crawlspace Medic reserves the right to create regional advertising cooperatives in the future and require franchisees to contribute to them.
If Crawlspace Medic establishes an advertising cooperative and requires franchisee contributions, any financial contributions made by a franchisee to the advertising cooperative may be credited against their required $5,000 expenditure for local advertising. This means that if a franchisee contributes to the cooperative, that contribution can count toward meeting their minimum local advertising spending requirement.
It is important to note that all advertising, including local advertising and materials for social media platforms, must be approved by Crawlspace Medic. Expenditures toward social media platforms and social media materials will not count towards the required local advertising expenditures. This ensures that all advertising efforts align with the brand's standards and marketing strategies.
