What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Crawlspace Medic Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must obtain written approval from Crawlspace Medic before purchasing or using any equipment from an unapproved supplier. To initiate this process, the franchisee must submit a written request to Crawlspace Medic for approval before using the product, service, or supplier in question.
Crawlspace Medic has the right to inspect the supplier's facilities and test samples. The franchisee may be charged a fee to cover the costs of inspection and testing. Crawlspace Medic will then notify the franchisee of its decision within 30 days of receiving all the necessary information to evaluate the product, service, or supplier.
Crawlspace Medic retains the right to re-inspect approved suppliers and revoke approval if they no longer meet the franchisor's standards. However, Crawlspace Medic is not obligated to approve any specific item or supplier. This ensures that Crawlspace Medic maintains control over the quality and standards of products and services used within its franchise system.
