What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Crawlspace Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a protected territory consists of a minimum population of 50,000 homes with crawlspaces and/or partial basements. The geographic radius for this territory is defined by Zip Codes or other readily ascertainable geographic boundaries.

For a prospective Crawlspace Medic franchisee, this means the protected territory will be determined based on the number of homes with crawlspaces or partial basements, rather than a simple radius. The territory's boundaries will be set using established geographic divisions like Zip Codes, which should provide clarity.

It is important for potential franchisees to understand how the territory is defined, as this directly impacts the potential customer base and business opportunity. Franchisees should discuss with Crawlspace Medic the specific criteria used to select Zip Codes or other geographic boundaries to ensure the territory meets their expectations for market size and demographics.
