You may not use our Marks for any other business, and you may not conduct any other business from your Franchised Business location without our prior approval. You cannot engage in any other business that competes with your Franchised Business, with our affiliates, or us or with Crawlspace Medic outlets owned by other franchisees, whether such business is inside or outside of the Territory.
We may add to, delete from or modify the products and services that you can and must offer.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Crawlspace Medic Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are explicitly prohibited from using Crawlspace Medic's marks for any business other than their franchised location. Franchisees must offer and sell all services that are part of the Crawlspace Medic system and only those services and products that Crawlspace Medic has previously approved.
This restriction ensures brand consistency and prevents franchisees from diluting the Crawlspace Medic brand by associating it with other ventures. It also protects Crawlspace Medic from potential liability or negative associations stemming from businesses outside of its control. Franchisees are also prohibited from operating any other business from their Crawlspace Medic location without prior approval from the franchisor.
Furthermore, franchisees cannot engage in any business that competes with their Crawlspace Medic franchise, Crawlspace Medic's affiliates, or other Crawlspace Medic franchisees, regardless of whether the competing business is located inside or outside of their designated territory. This non-compete provision is designed to safeguard the Crawlspace Medic system and prevent franchisees from diverting resources or expertise to competing ventures. Any item offered by the franchisee that contains Crawlspace Medic's marks must be approved by Crawlspace Medic in writing before being distributed or sold.
