What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crawlspace Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is required to execute a general release to renew their franchise agreement. To renew the franchise agreement, a franchisee must be in full compliance, have no more than three events of default during the current term, provide written notice to Crawlspace Medic at least six months before the end of the term, execute a new franchise agreement, pay a Successor Agreement fee of $1,500, maintain the vehicle with proper insurance, current trade dress and other standards, comply with then-current qualifications and training requirements, including completion of additional training.
