You may not use our Marks for any other business, and you may not conduct any other business from your Franchised Business location without our prior approval. You cannot engage in any other business that competes with your Franchised Business, with our affiliates, or us or with Crawlspace Medic outlets owned by other franchisees, whether such business is inside or outside of the Territory.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Crawlspace Medic FDD, franchisees are restricted from engaging in any other business that competes with their Crawlspace Medic franchise, Crawlspace Medic affiliates, or other Crawlspace Medic outlets owned by other franchisees. This restriction applies whether the competing business is located inside or outside of the franchisee's designated territory.
This non-compete clause ensures that franchisees remain focused on developing their Crawlspace Medic business and prevents them from diverting resources or expertise to competing ventures. It also protects the Crawlspace Medic brand and the interests of other franchisees within the system.
This restriction is in place during the term of the Franchise Agreement. After the agreement expires or terminates, a franchisee is restricted from operating a competing business within 25 miles of their territory or any Crawlspace Medic location for 24 months.
