According to Crawlspace Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must comply with the then-current qualifications and training requirements to renew their franchise agreement. This includes completing any additional training that Crawlspace Medic requires at the time of renewal.
To renew the franchise agreement, a Crawlspace Medic franchisee must be in full compliance with the existing agreement and have no more than three events of default during the current term. They must also provide written notice to Crawlspace Medic at least six months before the end of the current term and execute a new franchise agreement. Additionally, the franchisee must pay a Successor Agreement fee of $1,500 and continue to maintain their vehicle with proper insurance, current trade dress, and other standards. Finally, the franchisee must execute a general release.
