Pursuant to franchise agreements, Franchisor licenses to others the right to operate a Crawlspace Medic franchise, using the Marks and System, in strict conformity therewith, which may be changed, improved and further developed by Franchisor from time to time (each a "Franchise Agreement").

The System is recognized through trade names, service marks, trademarks, logos, and emblems, including the Crawlspace Medic service mark.
The franchisee's rights under the Franchise Agreement are personal and based on the franchisor's assessment of the franchisee's character, skills, business acumen, and financial capacity. Any transfer of rights requires the franchisor's prior written approval, and failure to obtain such approval may void the transfer. Upon termination of the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee must transfer all rights and interests in electronic advertising and telephone listings related to the franchised business back to Crawlspace Medic.
